What the API covers

Text, template, media, location, contacts, interactive and reaction sends, plus scheduling.
Templates
Create, submit for Meta review, and sync status back.
Events
Say what happened —
order.shipped — and let LazyApp choose the template.Verify
One-time passcodes with fraud controls, managed or delivery-only.
Webhooks
Signed, at-least-once delivery with retries, a dead-letter queue and replay.
Broadcasts
Template sends to a segment, with quiet hours and frequency caps.
Two things worth knowing up front
Every key belongs to one workspace and one mode
Every key belongs to one workspace and one mode
A key is either
live or test. Test keys never reach a real phone and are free;
live keys need the Pro plan. Nothing you
read or write with a key can reach another workspace, so there is no account id to
pass on requests. See Workspaces and modes. Some features depend on Meta approving your account

Calling, block lists and India payments are gated by Meta per account. Ask
GET /v1/capabilities what a number supports rather than
assuming — it can change without a deploy on your side.
